Fall Classes, Relocation, and COVID
Because of the current COVID pandemic, all lessons are online and will remain so until further notice. During the past several months, I've learned so much about online education that it has caused me to rethink how I manage my studio. I've decided to now accept students from across the country. With that in mind, I have created a schedule which attempts to accommodate students within four time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST) without creating a scheduling nightmare for myself.
As my current students know, I've recently relocated to Pueblo, CO, so please note: all lessons times available on my "Book a Lesson" page are Standard Mountain Time. Each day, the hours I teach changes slightly to account for these four time zones. Of course, any student in any time zone can sign up for any available time slot that fits their schedule. That said, here are my current studio hours:
- Mondays 1pm to 4pm (EST 3pm to 6pm)
- Tuesdays 2pm to 5pm (CST 3pm to 6pm)
- Wednesdays 3pm to 6pm (MST 3pm to 6pm)
- Thursdays 4pm to 7pm (PST 3pm to 6pm).
Please bear in mind that this is my first attempt at scheduling for an online music studio. I beg your patience as I realize this schedule is not as accommodating as one I might use for a studio offering face-to-face lessons to students living within a community. It's a learning process! And as PSAs remind us daily, we will get through this together!
